Colin Rice is a one-man army. Since 1994 he has single-handedly looked after his kitchen in his and his wife's (Marianne) Restaurant GODT in Gothergade in Copenhagen. In 2000 he overtook us all and got a star in Michelin. Colin is one of our overlooked heroes who I have huge respect for. I am extremely happy.
