Jacob De Neergaard

One of my personal heroes. Fantastic chef and fantastic person. He made his name at Søllerød Kro, where he also received a Michelin star. Jakob is a passionate soul with an infectious energy that can be felt all the way into the dining room and not least on your plate. It is an honor to have Jakob in Salonen.
