Michel Michaud is a giant in Danish gastronomy. The first and the greatest. He changed Danish gastronomy forever with his arrival in Denmark in 1971. Falsled Kro, Kong Hans, Søllerød Kro and not least Ruths Hotel to name just a few of the magnificent restaurants Michaud has brought honors to. SUPERSTAR.

Michel Michaud's influence on Danish Gastronomy cannot be overstated. As a pioneer of the "French invasion", he has been a tireless locomotive. Michaud was born in Cognac in 1946, came to Denmark in 1971 and has tried throughout his long culinary career to convey the sublime and reject the mean and mediocre. Still at the age of 75, he works tirelessly for good quality and tries to show the way for the rest of us. No overstepping... only the best is good enough. What an honor to have Michel Michaud visit Parsley Salon. He should, if anyone, be included in the history of Danish Gastronomy. I am looking forward to Christmas like a little child... 15/10-21 It's going to be big.
