PARSLEY SALON
The parsley experience
At Parsley Salon, we believe that food and drinks are best experienced together. Our drinks are carefully selected to complement each course and are therefore an integral part of the overall experience.
We offer three different pairings:
Wine Pairing
Wine Pairing Deluxe
Non-Alcoholic Pairing
We do not have a traditional wine list, and it is therefore not possible to order wine by the glass or opt out of the pairing in favour of individual drinks.

There is a minimum spend of DKK 1,500 per person on drinks.
This applies to all guests and is a requirement as part of our dining experience.

We hope you will enjoy the pairing as a natural and integral part of the overall experience at Parsley Salon.

We look forward to welcoming you and sharing the experience with you.
