ABOUT US

Parsley is not a traditional restaurant — it is our second home. With only six tables, we invite you into an intimate space where food, drink, and presence intertwine to create a singular experience.

Our menu follows the rhythm of the seasons and the nature that surrounds us. We forage in forests, along the coastline, and in our family gardens. What we cannot gather ourselves, we source from local biodynamic farms. We buy only what we need and use every ingredient to its fullest — because we believe that responsibility and sustainability are inseparable from true craftsmanship.

At Parsley, it is never about an extensive wine list, but about thoughtful pairings — where each combination of food and drink becomes something greater than the sum of its parts.

Every evening, we strive to create something personal and precise, so you can lean back, lower your shoulders, and feel at home in our living room.

 

This year has been full of hard work, and we have accomplished some of our goals — but that only means we’ve set new ones. Every day, we strive to improve and to give each of our guests the best and most memorable night.
